EXTERNAL RECRUITMENT ANNOUNCEMENT 

CABO VERDE AIRLINES intends to select, through an external recruitment competition, an expert in Accounting and Finance to perform the duties of Head of Accounting under a service commission agreement. 

Minimum Requirements 

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related fields; 

• Registered with the Professional Order of Certified Auditors and Accountants (OPACC); 

• Minimum of 5 years of proven professional experience in Accounting and 3 years of experience in leadership positions. 
  
  

Preferred Qualifications 

• Proficiency in Management Software (PRIMAVERA); 

• Proficiency in computer applications from a user perspective, particularly advanced Excel skills; 

• Critical thinking, analytical, practical, and structured approach; 

• High sense of responsibility, availability, and commitment to excellence; 

• Good knowledge of management principles; 

• Initiative, autonomy, and leadership skills; 

• Ability to remain composed and maintain control in stressful situations; 

• Fluency in Portuguese and English (spoken, written, and reading); 

• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build positive relationships; 

• Strong organizational and planning skills; 

• Results-oriented mindset. 
  
  

Selection Process 

The selection process will consist of: 

• Curriculum analysis (eliminatory stage); 

• Psychometric tests (eliminatory stage); 

• Interview in Portuguese and English (eliminatory stage); 

• Other assessment elements deemed necessary by the company.
