A public tender procedure is open, with prior qualification, with international advertising, to contract Consultancy Services, within the scope of developing a Strategic and Business Plan (2026-2031) for Transportes Aéreos de Cabo Verde (TACV) S.A.

Amílcar Cabral - nº 04, CP 1 - PRAIA - Island of Santiago - Cape Verde, from the day of publication of the advertisement until the end of the tender, and can be consulted between 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m (Cape Verde time), and electronically on the Cape Verde public procurement portal (http://mf.gov.cv/web/ecompras) and on the TACV S.A. website (www.caboverdeairlines.com/concursos).

Applications must be submitted within 15 (fifteen) days of the last publication of the Notice of this tender. Applications can be submitted in person at Avenida Amílcar Cabral, 4, 1st Floor, Praia, Santiago, Cape Verde, between 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m (Cape Verde time). Applications can also be sent by registered post to the same address within the deadline indicated. Alternatively, applications can be sent by email to corporation@caboverdeairlines.com, zipped and encrypted, with the respective decryption key made available until the deadline of the tender.
