• Opens 48 hours before flight departure;
• Closes 02 hours before flight departure.

Online checkin - LISBOA

• Opening of Online Check-in: 48 hours before the flight departure;
• Closing of Online Check-in: 8 hours before the flight departure.

Arrival at the Airport

Passengers must arrive at the Drop-off / Check-in counter at least 2 hours and 30 minutes before departure for:

• Baggage check-in; and/or
• Collection of the boarding pass.

A dedicated line will be available for passengers who have completed Online Check-in.
Additionally, passengers without baggage to check-in are also required to go to the Drop-off counter to collect their boarding pass.

Who can use Online Check-in? 

All passengers can check in online. However, the following passengers must collect their boarding pass in person at the check-in counter at least 2 hours before check-in closes or the flight departure time:

• Passengers with reduced mobility or requiring special assistance (PMR);
• Unaccompanied minors (UM);
• Children under 16 years old;
• Passengers traveling with children or babies must collect the boarding pass for the minor at the check-in counter for security reasons;
• Passengers who have purchased the animal transport service;
• Passengers carrying weapons or ammunition.

Once you have checked in online, you must check in your baggage at the check-in counter 

Even if you have already checked in online and have your electronic boarding pass in hand, you must go to the check-in counter to check in your baggage up to 2 hours before flight departure.

After that, you can proceed to the boarding area with greater comfort and security.

Did you check in online but were unable to save or print your boarding pass? Please note! 

If you checked in online but were unable to save or print your boarding pass for technical reasons, you must go to the check-in counter at the airport before it closes.

Attention! Passengers who do not present their boarding pass within the established timeframe will not be accepted for boarding, and the ticket may be canceled according to fare rules.

Want to chose your seat or add extra luggage? You can do all this when you check in online.  

During online check-in, seats are automatically assigned at random. If you wish to select a specific seat, especially in rows with extra space or a preferred location, an additional payment may be required depending on your fare. You can also purchase extra luggage at this time, ensuring convenience and comfort.

Arrive at the boarding gate on time to avoid any inconvenience.  

To ensure a smooth boarding process and avoid setbacks, it is essential to arrive at the boarding gate within the specified times. Boarding begins and ends at different times, depending on the type of flight and the departure airport:

Boarding Start Times:

• Domestic flights: 40 minutes before departure;
• International flights: : 50 minutes before departure;
• Flights departing from Lisbon and Paris: 60 minutes before departure;
• Flights departing from Milan: 50 minutes before departure;

Boarding Closing Times:

• Domestic flights: 10 minutes before departure;
• International flights: 15 minutes before departure;
• Flights departing from Lisbon and Paris: 20 minutes before departure;
• Flights departing from Milan: 15 minutes before departure.

Please note: Passengers arriving after the boarding deadline will not be allowed to board, and the ticket will be considered unused, in accordance with the fare rules.
