Passengers must arrive at the Drop-off / Check-in counter at least 2 hours and 30 minutes before departure for:

Additionally, passengers without baggage to check-in are also required to go to the Drop-off counter to collect their boarding pass.
All passengers can check in online. However, the following passengers must collect their boarding pass in person at the check-in counter at least 2 hours before check-in closes or the flight departure time:
Even if you have already checked in online and have your electronic boarding pass in hand, you must go to the check-in counter to check in your baggage up to 2 hours before flight departure.
After that, you can proceed to the boarding area with greater comfort and security.
If you checked in online but were unable to save or print your boarding pass for technical reasons, you must go to the check-in counter at the airport before it closes.
Attention! Passengers who do not present their boarding pass within the established timeframe will not be accepted for boarding, and the ticket may be canceled according to fare rules.
